For Margaret River to Walpole.
Issued at 10:00 pm WST on Sunday 21 October 2012

Synoptic situation
A cold front is approaching the southwest corner of the state and expected to
reach the coast early Monday morning.

Strong Wind Warning
Margaret River to Walpole
Winds increasing to northwesterly 20 to 30 knots during Sunday evening, shifting
westerly and easing below 25 knots by Sunday mid-night. Seas to 3 metres. Swell
to 2 metres.


The next warning will be issued by 5:00 am WST Monday.

Please be aware
Wind gusts can be a further 40 percent stronger than the averages given here,
and maximum waves may be up to twice the height.
